Our Elderly Outreach Program is dedicated to serving one of the most vulnerable—and often forgotten—groups in our community: isolated seniors.
Through this initiative, we provide freshly prepared hot meals directly to the homes of elderly individuals who may struggle with mobility, health issues, or financial hardship. But we offer more than just a meal—we offer connection and care.
Each delivery includes a wellness check to ensure the senior’s safety, well-being, and peace of mind. Volunteers often stay for a friendly chat, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and disconnection that many older adults experience.
We proudly partner with local clinics, senior centers, and community health workers to identify those in need and ensure we’re reaching the right households.
