During the summer months, thousands of children in Houston lose access to the free or reduced-price meals they rely on during the school year. Our Summer Feeding Program fills this critical gap by providing freshly prepared, nutritious meals at accessible community locations across the city.
We set up serving sites at parks, libraries, schools, and neighborhood centers—places where children naturally gather—to make sure no child goes hungry while school is out. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers ensure a welcoming, safe environment where children can eat, socialize, and feel supported.
